Questions operators ask

Can auto-approve reject a booking?

Never. The pipeline only ever approves or leaves pending. A price mismatch, an out-of-area route or a too-short lead time parks the booking for human review with the failing gate named.

Does it work with online payment?

Yes — and there is a stricter mode where on-page payment is only offered on bookings that auto-approved, so money is never collected on a ride a human might still re-price or decline.
