Three plans, and the numbers are on this page
RideDesk is sold as three plans. Free Forever runs a real operation rather than a demo: ten transfers a month, your own mailbox, invoicing and the website widgets, with no card and no expiry date. Pro adds the automation an operator actually upgrades for. Enterprise removes the limits and runs both core modules at once.
Everything is on this page — the price, the monthly allowances, and which capability sits in which plan. Payments stay in your own Stripe, PayPal or SumUp account, so none of these figures is a commission on your fares.
The three plans
One free, two paid, billed monthly with no minimum term. Free and Pro are priced on this page; Enterprise is quoted on your operation. None of them takes a commission on your fares.

What is in each plan
The row is the capability, the column is the plan. A dash means it is not part of that plan — not that it costs extra on top.

The job, as your dispatcher sees it
One record holds the passenger, the route, the flight, the assigned driver and the money — so nothing about the ride lives in somebody’s phone.

Paid
Four things worth knowing before you pick
The parts of a price table that usually go unsaid until after you have paid.
- 01
The free plan is not a trial
There is no card, no countdown and no day on which it stops working. Ten transfers a month is the whole restriction, and the count resets on the first of each month. An operator who never crosses it never pays us anything.
- 02
Pro runs one core module
Transfers and rentals are separate products — an airport operator and a self-drive hire company are not running the same business. Pro includes whichever one you pick, and an organisation running only one sees nothing of the other anywhere in the panel. Running both is what Enterprise is for.
- 03
Only the free plan has a limit
Both paid plans are uncapped on transfers and on staff accounts, so growing does not change your bill — that is the point of a flat price. The free plan counts transfer records created in the calendar month, including quotes and cancellations, one per car on a multi-vehicle booking; the running total is in your panel. Deliberately blunt, because every subtler definition creates either a way around the limit or a count that changes retroactively.
- 04
Billing and changing plan
Charged monthly by card or by a PayPal subscription you approve once. No minimum term and no setup fee. Moving up takes effect immediately rather than at a renewal date, and moving down keeps your data — turning off invoicing does not delete the invoices you already issued.
Every way work reaches you
Website, widget, WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, Telegram, live chat, email, phone and marketplace partners — all landing in the same place.
Priced by your rate card, on the server
The route is measured once and every vehicle class is priced from your own rates, so no channel can quietly undercut you.
Priced live from your own rate card · fixed, no surprises
Included on every plan, including the free one
These are not upsells and never will be. They are what makes the thing usable rather than what makes it sellable.
Your own subdomain and hosting
yourcompany.ridedesk.app from the first day, with a certificate. Pointing a domain of your own at it is a setting with a DNS record, not a paid tier.
No per-seat pricing
The free plan is the owner working solo, Pro includes five accounts, and Enterprise has no limit — always with roles and permissions, and never a per-seat charge on top.
The customer, driver and vehicle records
CRM, driver management with a cash ledger, vehicles, tasks, calendar and the enquiry pipeline. The records the operation runs on are not a module.
Your data, exportable
It is your operation. Nothing in the pricing depends on making it hard to leave, and nothing is held back to make cancelling expensive.
An audit trail
Who did what, when, on every record. An audit trail is a compliance need, not an upsell — it is on the free plan too.
Product updates
New work on the modules you already have arrives without a version upgrade or a migration fee.
A payment page per booking
Your own Stripe, PayPal or SumUp account, the full booking summary on the page, and a compliant invoice behind it.
Rentals, with the paperwork attached
Day rates and duration discounts, included kilometres, condition at handover and return, and an agreement the customer signs.
No commission on your bookings
RideDesk does not take a cut of a single fare, on any plan. Your payment provider is your own account — Stripe, PayPal or SumUp under your credentials — so customers pay you directly and your revenue never passes through us. A marketplace charges per booking because it brought you the passenger. We did not bring you the passenger; you did.
Your brand, your domain
Your colours, your logo and your sending address, on a hostname you own. Customers never learn what software you run.
Booking page, panel & emails — 100% your brand, none of ours
What the price does not include
Payment processing fees are not ours to include. You connect your own Stripe, PayPal or SumUp account and their fees are between you and them, at whatever rate you have negotiated. Because we never sit between you and your money, we also cannot mark that rate up.
WhatsApp conversation charges are billed by Meta against your own WhatsApp Business account, not by us. The same is true of a Google Maps key if you choose to use your own. We resell nothing, so nothing here carries a margin you cannot see.
Unlimited AI on Enterprise means unlimited subject to fair use. Nothing is blocked automatically and there is no meter that stops you mid-month; an account whose usage looks structurally unlike an operator running a fleet gets a conversation, not a refusal. Free and Pro have stated allowances instead, which refill monthly and do not roll over.
How a booking moves
Arrive, get priced, get a driver, get confirmed, get paid — the same path whichever channel it came from.
Create your organization, set your rate card, connect your domain and drop in your logo and colour.
Point your website at RideDesk, plug in the API, forward marketplace jobs, or add them by hand.
Approve, assign a driver or partner, send the pay link, and let the automations handle the rest.
What comes with it
The capabilities that turn a booking list into a business you can run from one screen.
Built-in CRM
Every booker becomes a customer record — history, documents, billing details, lifetime value.
Two-way inbox & WhatsApp
Reply to customers by email or WhatsApp from inside each booking. No separate app.
Live flight status
Airport pickups track the flight automatically — delays surface before the driver leaves.
Bookable by AI agents
A per-tenant MCP endpoint lets AI assistants get a quote and book — priced by your rules, never theirs.
Quote-to-booking analytics
See what visitors entered, which class they picked, and where they dropped off the funnel.
Automations & reminders
Confirmations, driver reminders, payment chasers and a morning digest — on autopilot.
Frequently asked questions
Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. No card at sign-up, no expiry date, and no feature that quietly stops working after a month. Ten transfers a month and 100 AI credits is the limit; everything within it is the real product, taking real bookings and issuing real invoices. We would rather be the software a one-car operator grows on than the one they evaluate for fourteen days.
What happens when I hit the transfer limit?
New bookings past the limit are refused for the rest of the calendar month and the count resets on the first. Your panel shows the running total as you approach it, and the customer-facing message asks them to contact you directly rather than telling them you are unavailable. Upgrading lifts the limit immediately.
Can I run vehicle rentals on Pro?
Yes — Pro includes one core module and rentals is one of the two, so a self-drive hire company can buy Pro and run rentals with none of the transfer side in their panel. What Pro cannot do is run both at once; an operation doing airport transfers and self-drive hire together is on Enterprise.
What does unlimited AI actually mean on Enterprise?
That you are not counting credits. Drafts, translations, summaries, the paste-to-booking parser and AI images all run without an allowance to watch, subject to fair use. If an account is consuming at a scale no dispatch operation plausibly needs, we talk to you about it — nothing is cut off automatically and you will not discover a limit mid-shift.
Do you charge per booking or per vehicle?
No. There is no per-booking commission and no per-vehicle licence on any plan. Free and Pro cap the number of transfers a month, which is a different thing from metering you: within the allowance a busy month costs exactly the same as a quiet one, and on Enterprise there is no count at all.
Is there a minimum contract?
No minimum term. Billing runs monthly on either a card subscription or a PayPal subscription you approve once, and you can cancel it. There is no setup fee, no onboarding charge and no annual commitment that has to be bought out.
Are payment processing fees included?
They are not ours to include. You connect your own Stripe, PayPal or SumUp account and their fees are between you and them, at whatever rate you have negotiated. We never sit between you and your money, which also means we cannot mark up the rate.
