RidenRank Ltd
Sub-processors
Last updated: 2 August 2026
RidenRank Ltd uses the following sub-processors to operate RideDesk. Each acts under a written contract and only as far as needed to provide the service.
| Sub-processor | Purpose | Location | Transfer safeguard |
|---|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Application database, authentication and document storage | European Union | EU region |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Hosting (Workers), CDN, WAF and bot protection | EU / global edge | EU-US DPF + SCCs |
| Amazon Web Services (SES, S3) | Outbound and inbound email delivery and storage | EU (Frankfurt, eu-central-1) | EU region + SCCs |
| Google LLC (Maps Platform) | Address autocomplete and route/distance calculation | EU / US | EU-US DPF + SCCs |
| Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd | Facebook Page and Instagram publishing, and WhatsApp Business Platform messaging, where an operator connects those accounts | EU / US | EU-US DPF + SCCs |
| Anthropic, PBC | AI-assisted drafting of replies and marketing copy, where the operator uses those features | US | DPA with no-training terms + SCCs |
Payment providers are not our sub-processors. Operators connect their own Stripe, PayPal or SumUp merchant accounts, so those providers act for the operator directly and we never hold card details.
Meta appears above because an operator can connect their own Facebook Page, Instagram Business account or WhatsApp Business Account. Where none is connected, no data reaches Meta. See section 4 of our privacy policy.
We notify operators of a new or replacement sub-processor before it starts processing, so an objection can be raised under the data processing agreement.
