People increasingly ask their AI assistant to arrange things. RideDesk makes your operation bookable in that world: your account runs its own MCP (Model Context Protocol) server on your own domain, and Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP-capable client can connect, quote and book — against your real rate card, with your real availability rules.
The agent can never set a price. Money always comes from your server-side quote engine; the AI only relays it.
Works with the assistants people use
OAuth 2.1 for consumer apps — connecting from claude.ai or ChatGPT is an approval screen, not an integration project — and a static API key for headless agents.
Priced by your engine, always
The tools are quote, book and look up: get live per-class prices, create a real booking from a stored quote, retrieve a booking. Price verification, auto-approve, confirmation email and CRM sync all run exactly as for any other channel.
Your domain, your revocation
The endpoint lives on your own domain and you can see and disconnect every connected app in one click from settings.

RideDesk’s developer docs are themselves served over MCP at the platform level, and the connector is listed in the official MCP registry — agents can find out how to talk to you.
Questions operators ask
Can an AI agent negotiate a discount?
No. Prices exist only in the stored server-side quote; the booking tool computes its total from that quote plus your extras catalogue. There is no parameter through which an agent could supply a price.
What does a booking made by an agent look like?
A normal booking, tagged with the AI-agent source badge — same verification, same confirmation email, same panel workflow. Your team treats it like any website booking.
