Website widgets

Your website takes bookings tonight

Keep the website you already have. One iframe snippet adds a quote-first booking form that measures the route, shows live per-class prices from your own rate card, and books — with a map, address autocomplete and payment, themed to match your site.

On WordPress it is a plugin and a shortcode. On anything else it is one paste.

  • Quote-first, server-priced

The visitor sees real prices per vehicle class before committing — computed server-side from your rate card, with your surcharges, early-booking discounts and vouchers applied. The widget can never undercut you.

  • Map, autocomplete, flight-ready

Address autocomplete, a route map with the actual driving line and distance-and-time chip, and the fields a transfer booking really needs — flight number included.

  • Twelve languages, instant switch

The visitor flips language in place without losing what they typed. Theming — colours, radius, dark mode — is set in your panel and applies without touching the site again.

  • Pay on the spot

Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay can render right in the flow through your own Stripe account, or the booking falls back to your pay-link email — whichever checkout mode you configure.

  • Attribution that survives

A companion tag captures first-touch UTM and the visitor’s journey, so a Google Ads booking is credited to Google Ads — not to "direct" because the campaign parameter died three pages earlier.

Questions operators ask

Does it work on my custom-built site?

Yes — it is an iframe plus one script line, host-agnostic. WordPress additionally gets a plugin with a shortcode, a Gutenberg block and a Contact Form 7 bridge that forwards form submissions as enquiries.

What if I have no rate card yet?

The widget degrades to a request form — the booking arrives unpriced and pending, and your team quotes it manually. Nothing breaks while you set prices up.

Which plans include widgets?

Every published plan, free included — the widgets are how a small operator’s website starts taking bookings at all.
