Choosing taxi dispatch software for a small fleet? Before you sign up for anything, run these six checks. Each check is shown in RideDesk, and all six are on every RideDesk plan, the free one included.
- Prices. Are prices worked out from your own rate card, on the server? In RideDesk they are, and a booking whose price doesn't match is flagged and never auto-confirmed.
- Drivers. Do drivers need special hardware or an app? In RideDesk they accept jobs from a personal link: no app to install, no password to remember.
- Flights. Add a flight number and RideDesk watches the flight. If it's late, your team gets an alert before the driver sets off.
- The day at a glance. Put today's departures on the office TV: who leaves when, who drives, what still needs a driver.
