Free taxi dispatch software: no card, no end date
Film · 0:57 · English, captions on
Looking for free taxi dispatch software? This is exactly what RideDesk's free plan gives a taxi, private hire, transfer or chauffeur company, and where it stops.
- Up to 10 transfers a month and one login, with no card and no end date. The 10 counts every transfer row, quotes and cancellations included.
- A booking form on your own website, priced from your own rate card. One snippet, 12 languages; WordPress gets a plugin.
- Your own mailbox inside the panel. Paste a booking email and the booking form fills itself in; the price still comes from your rate card. (Paste uses AI credits; the free plan comes with 100.)
- Drivers accept jobs from a personal link. No app to install, no password to remember.
- Customers pay on one link, into your own Stripe, PayPal or SumUp account. No commission on your fares; your payment provider's own fees still apply.
- Invoices with consecutive numbering and your logo, in English or German.
- Where it stops: Pro adds your team and WhatsApp. Dispatsi, the AI agent that reads your emails and WhatsApp messages and prepares quotes for you to send, is on Enterprise.
