Limo Anywhere alternatives
Most operators looking for a Limo Anywhere alternative are not unhappy with the software. They are unhappy with one specific thing — usually the per-trip fee at their volume, the upfront onboarding cost, or the fact that the invoicing was built for a country they do not operate in.

Which of those it is decides what you should replace it with, and in some cases whether you should replace it at all. This page is a way to work that out before you spend a month migrating a live booking desk.
Work out what you are actually replacing
Start with the bill rather than the feature list. Limo Anywhere publishes a monthly base plus a fee on every trip: 99 dollars a month and 25 cents a trip on Core, with a 299-dollar upfront fee, rising to 549 a month on Black. If the per-trip line is small at your volume, price is probably not your real complaint and switching will not fix whatever is.
If it is large, that is a structural objection rather than a grievance, and it gets worse as you grow. Any flat-rate alternative solves it permanently. If your objection is instead that you are paying for shuttle modules, affiliate tooling or a US ecosystem you never touch, the fix is a product built for a smaller, simpler desk — which is a different search.
And if your objection is that the invoicing does not satisfy your accountant, no amount of price comparison helps. That is a compliance requirement, it is jurisdictional, and it should be the first thing you test on any candidate rather than the last.
The job, as your dispatcher sees it
One record holds the passenger, the route, the flight, the assigned driver and the money — so nothing about the ride lives in somebody’s phone.

The three shapes on the market
Alternatives in this trade come in three pricing shapes. Knowing which one you are moving to matters more than the brand you move to. Figures where named are published list prices read on 28 August 2026.
| How it bills | Suits | Watch for | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Per trip, on top of a base | A base fee plus a few cents per booking | Seasonal desks whose quiet months are genuinely quiet | The bill grows with your success, and overage rates above the plan cap are higher again |
| Per vehicle or per driver | A monthly fee multiplied by fleet size | Very small fleets that are not growing | Adding a car raises the bill before it earns anything, and modules are often priced separately on top |
| Flat monthly | One published price, regardless of trips or vehicles | Anyone growing, and anyone who wants a predictable budget line | Check the plan caps, and check whether payment processing is bundled at a rate you did not negotiate |
Priced by your rate card, on the server
The route is measured once and every vehicle class is priced from your own rates, so no channel can quietly undercut you.
Priced live from your own rate card · fixed, no surprises
Price the switch against your own volume
The comparison worth doing is not brand against brand, it is your trip count against each pricing shape. Software cost only, with the one-time onboarding fee shown in year one because that is when you pay it.

Fleet size is asked for because per-vehicle vendors bill on it. RideDesk does not: 4 vehicles cost exactly what one costs.
A payment page per booking
Your own Stripe, PayPal or SumUp account, the full booking summary on the page, and a compliant invoice behind it.
Rentals, with the paperwork attached
Day rates and duration discounts, included kilometres, condition at handover and return, and an agreement the customer signs.
What RideDesk is, and is not
RideDesk is a booking desk for pre-booked transfer, chauffeur, taxi and vehicle-rental work: quotes priced server-side from your own rate card, dispatch, a passwordless driver portal, invoicing built to European requirements, payments through your own Stripe, PayPal or SumUp account, and a shared inbox covering email and WhatsApp. Flat monthly, no per-trip fee, no onboarding fee, no commission on fares.
It is not a dispatch tower. There is no live driver GPS tracking and no native passenger app in the app stores. If you dispatch reactively to a fleet in motion, or your clients require an app they can download, the products built around that will serve you better and this is the paragraph where we say so rather than the support call where you find out.
It is also newer and smaller than the systems it is being compared with here, with fewer third-party integrations and a shorter track record. Weigh that. The counterweight is that the free plan lets you test every claim on this page with your own bookings, for as long as you want, without a card.
Your brand, your domain
Your colours, your logo and your sending address, on a hostname you own. Customers never learn what software you run.
Booking page, panel & emails — 100% your brand, none of ours
Test any candidate on these five before you commit
Whatever you shortlist, including this one. A migration you have to reverse costs more than the subscription ever did.
Does it issue an invoice your accountant accepts?
Consecutive numbering, correct tax wording for your country, your company details. Issue one real invoice on a trial account and show it to whoever does your books before you go further.
Does it price the way you actually sell?
Fixed routes, per-kilometre or per-mile rates, hourly charter, vehicle classes, seasonal or night surcharges. If you have to simplify how you charge in order to fit the software, you will lose margin quietly for years.
What is the total first-year cost, not the headline?
Base fee times twelve, plus per-trip fees at your real volume, plus onboarding, plus any module you actually need, plus the processing rate if the platform bundles one.
Can your drivers use it without installing anything?
Subcontractors and casual drivers do not install operator software. A link that opens their jobs on any phone is the difference between the system being used and being worked around.
What happens to your data if you leave?
Ask before signing, not after. Bookings, customers and invoices should be exportable in a format you can read without the vendor.
How a booking moves
Arrive, get priced, get a driver, get confirmed, get paid — the same path whichever channel it came from.
Create your organization, set your rate card, connect your domain and drop in your logo and colour.
Point your website at RideDesk, plug in the API, forward marketplace jobs, or add them by hand.
Approve, assign a driver or partner, send the pay link, and let the automations handle the rest.
What comes with it
The capabilities that turn a booking list into a business you can run from one screen.
Built-in CRM
Every booker becomes a customer record — history, documents, billing details, lifetime value.
Two-way inbox & WhatsApp
Reply to customers by email or WhatsApp from inside each booking. No separate app.
Live flight status
Airport pickups track the flight automatically — delays surface before the driver leaves.
Bookable by AI agents
A per-tenant MCP endpoint lets AI assistants get a quote and book — priced by your rules, never theirs.
Quote-to-booking analytics
See what visitors entered, which class they picked, and where they dropped off the funnel.
Automations & reminders
Confirmations, driver reminders, payment chasers and a morning digest — on autopilot.
The cheapest evaluation is a parallel one
Do not migrate to evaluate. Put a handful of real bookings a month through the candidate while your current system keeps running the business, and give it long enough to hit a month-end and an awkward customer. A free plan with no expiry date makes that possible; a fourteen-day trial forces the decision before you have seen the system do anything difficult.
Frequently asked questions
What are the main alternatives to Limo Anywhere?
The market divides by pricing shape more usefully than by brand: platforms that bill per trip on top of a base, platforms that bill per vehicle or per driver, and platforms that bill a flat monthly rate. RideDesk is in the third group. Which group suits you depends on whether your volume is growing, whether your fleet is growing, and whether your quiet season is genuinely quiet.
Why do operators leave Limo Anywhere?
In our experience the recurring reasons are the per-trip fee at higher volumes, the one-time onboarding fee, paying for modules aimed at a different kind of operation, and invoicing built around US requirements when the business is European. Plenty of operators stay because the reservation depth and the US affiliate ecosystem are genuinely valuable to them.
Is there a free alternative to Limo Anywhere?
RideDesk has a free plan with no expiry: ten transfers a month, one user, real bookings and real invoices, no card at sign-up. Moovs publishes a free tier with a similar cap. Be careful with anything else advertised as free — most of it is a trial with a date on it, or a demo that cannot take a real customer booking.
How long does it take to switch dispatch software?
The software takes an afternoon. The rate card takes a week if you charge in more than one way, because that is the thing every future price comes from and it deserves care. Plan for the switch to overlap your current system by a month rather than happening on a date.
Will I lose my booking history?
You keep whatever you export before you leave, which is why you should ask about export before you sign up rather than when you cancel. In practice most operators migrate their customer list, company accounts, rate card and future bookings, and archive completed jobs as a file rather than importing them.
